Advantages and Disadvantages of Natural Gas Gensets

Advantages:

• Connected to fuel supply, never need to refuel
• Clean Burning
• Long Engine Life
• Fuel Always available in power outages
• More aesthetically pleasing because no large tank is needed

Disadvantages:

• Many areas do not have natural gas
• Natural gas lines in the area may not put out the amount required for larger gensets (check with the gas company first)
